We are no longer seeing elevated error rates on our API and Authentication services. If you have any issues accessing Hyperion please reach out to our support team at help@geospark.io for assistance.

Monitoring

We are starting to see successful login's to Hyperion and the API is returning data. GCP and Apigee still haven't cleared the incident so we will continue to monitor the platform for any additional errors.

Update

We are continuing to monitor the Google Cloud Networking outage, https://status.cloud.google.com/incident/cloud-networking/19015 and we are now monitoring an associated apigee outage, https://status.apigee.com/ which is impacting the Hyperion API and Authentication services. As more information becomes available we will pass it along.

Investigating

Recently we noticed increased error rates on our API service, during investigation the error rate increased to 100% preventing all users from accessing any Hyperion data or Authentication services. We have traced the issue to a Google Cloud Platform outage that is currently indicating resolved so we anticipate the issue to be resolved shortly. We will provide updates as they are available.
